# How to request the data
1. Before submitting your proposal, please, take a look at the [**>>>PREVIOUS PROPOSALS<<<**](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LE_Cx-drDiAkGl-HHlrfceud9BRlZjL7X7nMX2ZZE3g/edit#gid=152880529) and [**>>>PUBLICATIONS<<**](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/myncbi/artigos.bhrc.1/bibliography/public/) to avoid overlapping ones;
2. Read the [**dictionaries WIKI**][1];
3. Access our [**>>>GITLAB REPOSITORY<<<**](https://gitlab.com/bhrc/bhrc) to find our [protocols][2] and [**>>>DATA DICTIONARY<<<**][3];
4. **Search** for the variables of your interest in the **data dictionary** AND/OR **protocols**;
5. Fullfill the [**>>> PROPOSAL FORM <<<**](https://forms.gle/GT9L5DAzUUKeVK4U9) with the rationale of the pretended study and the **FORMS** where the variables are in the data dictionary;
6. Wait for the approval of the request;
7. Once approved, the files will be sent through and *encrypted e-mail* from a ProtonMail account.
8. The encrypted e-mail require a password, wich you should request to the *Whatsapp of the data manager (André Simioni): +55 41 99214-6200.*
