Wiki Version:
This repository is for the paper: **Mathur MB & VanderWeele TJ. New metrics for heterogeneous meta-analyses. *Statistics in Medicine*.** You can now implement the analyses using the R package MetaUtility. The manuscript is reproducibly prepared in RMarkdown such that all analyses are conducted and integrated into the text in one document. All analyses can be reproduced by running mam_vX.Rmd, with X being the version number. Alternatively, R code chunks can be run in standalone R. Data for all examples were manually inputted from published forest plots throughout the RMarkdown file; the only separate dataset needed is posted in the folder "Example 1 dataset". Documentation for the telomere dataset is available at: https://osf.io/6937j/.
