"R_doppler_v2.R" is the main analysis script that picks up the data from the raw .exp files and provides laterality index and other summary data.
It was updated on 5th July 2017 to also create a csv file with all the datapoints for L and R channels for all subjects in long form
N.B. the script allows user to comment on any oddities in the files: there are a handful that have too many trials and need to be examined in detail to see where the markers are.

The following scripts were used to analyse the data.
"models_lat measures by diagnosis of DLD.R" runs multilevel models predicting fTCD LI and mean % percent change in each MCA with group (DLD or TD) as a fixed effect and twin pair membership as a random effect. This script also runs inflated beta regressions to test for group differences in the two handedness measures.
"multilevel multinomial regression predicting laterality category by group.R" runs a comparable multilevel model to the script above, but instead takes categoric laterality measured by fTCD as its dependent variable.
"analyse consistency of left brainedness.R" tests the prediction of the left-brain bias model that consistency of left hemisphere dominance will be reduced in those with DLD.
"correlations_lat and lang measures.R" runs spearman's correlations between the laterality and langauge measures.
"QHP_slope.R" checks for group differences in the probability of reaching with the right hand to each of seven spatial positions arranged around the midline. The script also produces a plot showing slopes of spatial position against probability of a right-handed reach for each group.
"R_describe laterality.R" produces group summary stats and reliability coefficients for the fTCD LI.
