# Metabolic Networks of Acetate-Oxidizing Enrichment Communities Data files for manuscript on stable-isotope informed genome-resolved multi-omics of an enrichment bioreactor community producing methane via syntrophic acetate oxidation. Code documented in Github repository https://github.com/elizabethmcd/SAOB - scripts to generate figures are based on raw files or results in this OSF repository. ## Folders - `assemblies`: Illumina assemblies for each sample over the time-series and final polished Nanopore assembly from the mesocosm sample - `mmgenome2-input` files used to manually bin genomes using the R package `mmgenome2`, also need the Nanopore assembly in the `assemblies` folder. - `SAOB_annotations`: functional annotations from MetaPathways and KofamKOALA - `SAOB_bins`: fasta files of genome assemblies for each bin - `SAOB_proteins`: proteins used for functional annotation and proteomics mapping, locus tag structure is uniform across annotations and mapping results - `SIP_metaproteomics`: raw results from stable isotope informed metaproteomics, mapping, and data transformations performed with MetaProSIP.
