**Final peer-reviewed publication:** Suponin A, Zhelnov P, Potanin A, Chekalov A, Lomazov A, Vladimirova K, Lepik K, Muslimov A. Therapeutic Vaccines for Follicular Lymphoma: A Systematic Review. Pharmaceuticals. 2024; 17(3):272. https://doi.org/10.3390/ph17030272 --- **[PROSPERO 2023 CRD42023457528](https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/prospero/display_record.php?ID=CRD42023457528)** Protocol preprint: Zhelnov P, Suponin A, Potanin A, Lomazov A, Vladimirova K, Lepik K, Muslimov A. Therapeutic vaccines for follicular lymphoma: a systematic review protocol. OSF Preprints; 2023 Aug 23. https://doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/evj59 --- **Follicular Lymphoma (FL) Vaccines Systematic Review (SR) Step 0:** We started this project as a narrative review and conducted the searches as reported in detail in the [search strategies report](https://osf.io/25qad). Links to associated bibliography files: - Records identified: (n=35,476) - [from databases](https://osf.io/968tw/) (n=32,642); - [from registers](https://osf.io/krpvu/) (n=2,834). Upon the screening-planning stage, we made a decision to convert to a full systematic review. As of January 2024, we completed the review and submitted the manuscript for publication to a peer-reviewed journal. Below, the systematic review process is reported chronologically in steps: **FL Vaccines SR Step 1:** [Records screened](https://osf.io/3bzv2/) (n=8,741); **FL Vaccines SR Step 2:** _Reports_ excluded or not retrieved: - [not retrieved](https://osf.io/zwybu) (n=14); - [potentially eligible register records with no results posted](https://osf.io/ayxfk/) (n=12); - [not a randomized trial](https://osf.io/b8xft/) (n=43); - [commentary articles or reviews](https://osf.io/m4sgy/) (n=11); - [not follicular lymphoma](https://osf.io/j9czn) (n=4); - [“near-misses”](https://osf.io/zdeqh) (n=3); As suggested by a peer reviewer, [additional searches were conducted on January 22, 2024](https://osf.io/kbzfw/wiki/Report_of_additional_searches_2024-01-22/). As a result, [one additional report](https://doi.org/10.1182/blood.V108.11.2756.2756) was found, which was a preliminary report of one of the trials and did not contribute additional information. **FL Vaccines SR Step 3: [Included 14 reports of 3 studies](https://osf.io/zxg6p)**. **FL Vaccines SR Step 4: Current PRISMA 2020 flow diagram:** - [PDF document](https://osf.io/jty52/); - [CSV file](https://osf.io/wfnj8/) compliant with [Haddaway 2022](https://doi.org/10.1002/cl2.1230) specification, so it can be sourced to either the [Shiny app](https://estech.shinyapps.io/prisma_flowdiagram/) or [R package](https://github.com/prisma-flowdiagram/PRISMA2020) for _de novo_ generation of a flow diagram. **FL Vaccines SR Step 5:** [Data extraction form](https://osf.io/zs3fd/) was developed. **FL Vaccines SR Step 6:** The protocol preprint was [published](https://doi.org/10.31219/osf.io/evj59) and [registered](https://www.crd.york.ac.uk/prospero/display_record.php?ID=CRD42023457528) in PROSPERO. **FL Vaccines SR Step 7 (Data Extraction from & Outcome-level Risk of Bias Assessments in Individual Studies):** **7.1.** Data extraction results are publicly available from Sysrev at: https://sysrev.com/u/11470/p/123185 For backup purposes, extracted data are also available from the [file storage](https://osf.io/kbzfw/files/osfstorage) of this repository, as exported from Sysrev. **7.2.** Risk of bias assessments using the RoB 2.0 tool for parallel-group trials are available from the [file storage](https://osf.io/kbzfw/files/osfstorage) of this repository. **FL Vaccines SR Step 8 (Data Analyses and Presentation):** **8.1.** A single [R file](https://osf.io/g9qpd/) contains all the code used in the analyses. **8.2.** Data reconstructed from Kaplan–Meier curves using [ChartDetective](https://github.com/m-damien/ChartDetective), both raw and corrected for analyses, are available from the [file storage](https://osf.io/kbzfw/files/osfstorage) of this repository. The file structure we used follows the original code by Guyot et al., [reproduced](https://osf.io/4a2e7) under the terms of the [Creative Commons Attribution License 2.0](http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/2.0). **8.3.** A [consolidated CSV data file](https://osf.io/bknqv) is available, which contains all the data that we used for analyses. **FL Vaccines SR Step 9 (Summary of Findings):** A raw JSON file for the [Summary of Findings table (v3)](https://osf.io/cx7fk) from our manuscript is available, as exported from [GRADEpro Guideline Development Tool](https://gdt.gradepro.org/app/). --- This research was supported by the Russian Science Foundation under [grant # 22-25-00516](https://rscf.ru/project/22-25-00516/).
