Wiki Version:
This project contains the data files and code supporting the analyses described in the paper "Optimizing aerial imagery collection and processing parameters for drone-based individual tree mapping in structurally complex conifer forests" published in Methods in Ecology and Evolution ([here](https://besjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/2041-210X.13860)) and available as a preprint on [EcoEvoRxiv](https://ecoevorxiv.org/p7ygu/). The analysis scripts are found in [release v1.0](https://github.com/youngdjn/tahoe-forest-structure-drone/releases/tag/v1.0) of the [GitHub repository](https://github.com/youngdjn/tahoe-forest-structure-drone) associated with this OSF project. The scripts and data files are described in the context of the analysis workflow in the [readme](https://github.com/youngdjn/tahoe-forest-structure-drone/blob/master/README.md) of the GitHub repo.
