Wiki Version:
We investigated how the type and workload of the internal task interferes with the execution of saccades to the target in the target-distractor saccade task. Participants performed a target-distractor saccade task and, at the same time an internal task. The internal task differed in task type (arithmetic, visuospatial) and workload (control = no internal task, low, high). Here, in this repository, you find the material, data, and code of this study. All the (preprocessed) data used for statistical analyses and plots can be found in the folder 2_Analyses_Input. Raw Data can be found in the folder Raw Data. For details on the data structure and variable names, have a look at the metadata files in the respective folders. This Study was preregistered at AsPredicted: 'Voluntary saccades during internally directed cognition' (AsPredicted #85098, https://aspredicted.org/7LJ_GNR)
