Description: Data analysis plan (pdf), source data (zip), and analysis code (R-script) for replicating results presented in the manuscript: "Integrating water, sanitation, handwashing, and nutrition interventions to reduce child soil-transmitted helminth and Giardia infections: a cluster-randomized controlled trial in rural Kenya." All data is provided for unadjusted primary analyses and subgroup analyses presented in the manuscript. Covariates to create adjusted models are not yet available due to their use in a secondary observational analysis for a PhD dissertation.
