- Analysis data file - use variable labels or include separate variable code-book - All analysis scripts - use comments to ensure anyone who knows the programming language can understand the analysis steps. Include at least two versions. Your working script that includes all your analyses you've conducted, and one file that includes only your final analysis that you plan to use for publication. Include information on participants exclusion, variable re-coding, transformations, etc. - If you use anything else than SPSS, include output file for your final analyses.
