This page is supporting information for the article "Identifying regions for enhanced control of *gambiense* sleeping sickness in the Democratic Republic of Congo". These files contain Matlab code for running projections of the Warwick gHAT model in two example health zones (Kwamouth and Tandala). A separate file contains initial conditions for all health zones used in the projections. Posteriors for the entire DRC are available at [our fitting OSF page][1].
