The Excel file included here contains the raw data from the experiments described in Skinner & Miller (2020), Behavioral Ecology & Sociobiology. Below is a brief description of the data. A more complete key is included in the spreadsheet. Sheet 1, Indi_data: contains all the data on the individual snakes. Each snake's weight, age, and sex are given, along with their scores on the individual boldness and sociability assays, and the proportion of time they spent in the shelter during the aggregation experiment. Sheets 2-5, G1-4_Nets: contains the raw association networks for each group (1 group per sheet) for every segment of every day of the aggregation experiment Sheet 6, Snapshots: contains the snapshot networks for all days. Sheet 7, Key: contains a detailed key to reading the spreadsheet
