Description: Objectives: * Create implementation guidance for policies relevant to collections and research * Identify, compile and disseminate best practices and standard operating procedures, including provision for less well harmonised collections such as geological and archaeological material * Operate training programmes to build capacity and support practitioners to expand digital workforce skills * Develop training material and online resources to illustrate best practices on prioritised management topics * Provide helpdesk support resources associated with the SYNTHESYS+ systems.
