Description: R code for checking whether out-of-bounds forecasts are obtained when extrapolating baseline trend lines fitted via OLS regression, Theil-Sen, tri-split (resistant three group line), and average of differenced data. Additionally, the data sets used in the illustration are provided, as well as the URL of the Shiny web-based application.
