This page has supporting files (code and data) for the manuscript entitled "Non-replication of structural brain changes from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: Two combined randomized controlled trials" (Kral et al). The neuroimaging data includes T1-weighted structural MRI scans processed with FreeSurfer's longitudinal pipeline. The nifti files have the skull-stripped T1-w anatomicals output to the "mri" directory by FreeSurfer. The FreeSurfer formatted files (with .mgh.gz prefix) are 4D files containing the pairwise difference for each subject that was entered into the group analysis. Meta-data includes group assignment and centered covariates that were included in the statistical model for group analysis. See the README.txt file for additional details.
