Wiki Version:
These materials provide the data and analyses for this experiment. There are five files: - analysis.R is the script for analysing the data - BFDienes.R is the function that is called to conduct the Bayesian t-tests - ggplotfunc.R provides functions that are called for the generation of graphs - testdata.csv contains the processed and collated data from the test stage (ready for analysis). - traindata.csv contains the processed and collated data from the training stages (ready for analysis). In order to replicate out analyses, please create a project in R and then create a folder within that project called 'analysis'. Saves the files within that folder. You can then run the Analysis.R script. If you have any questions please contact stuartspicer@protonmail.ch or peter.jones@plymouth.ac.uk
