Participants began the study by completing the first part of the intervention titled, "Strategies for communicating multiple personalized disease risk estimates." After they were finished with all activities for the first part, they completed the second part of the intervention titled, "Mental imagery-based self-regulation physical activity intervention." All materials used to advertise to participants, screen them for eligibility, and consent them are located in the files for the first component, titled "Recruitment and enrollment." All materials used to administer the first part of the study are located in the files for the second component, titled "Strategies for communicating multiple personalized disease risk estimates."
