# Project Overview - **Title**: Facial Ambiguity and Perception: How Face-Likeness Affects Breaking Time in Continuous Flash Suppression - **Description**: Our research aims to analyze the relationship of breaking time and facelikness using continuous flash suppression. Here, this project includes data preprocessing, statistical analysis, and likeness evaluations. - **Contributors**: Michael Makoto Martinsen, Yoshino Kairi, Yuya Kinzuka, Fumiaki Sato, Hideki Tamura, Tetsuto Minami, Shigeki Nakauchi # Data ## Raw Data - **Description**: The raw data consists of breakting time, face likeness score, objetc likeness score data in csv files - **BT data location**: analysis\raw\experiment_main - **Survey data location**: analysis\raw\experiment_survey - **mondrian mask**:analysis\raw\experiment_survey # Analysis Code ## Code Overview - **Description**: The projects inclues R Markdown files and their corresponding HTML outputs detailing the steps of the analysis. - **Dependencies**: Requires R 4.3.2 - **Setup Instructions**: 1. Install R from [R Project](https://www.r-project.org/). 2. Install necessary packages using in the Rmd files 3. Open the R Markdown files in RStudio and knit them to generate the HTML outputs. ## Scripts - **analysis_part0.Rmd** - **Description**: Initial setup and preliminary analysis. - **analysis_part1_preprocess.Rmd** - **Description**: Data preprocessing steps. - **Usage**: This script cleans and preprocesses the raw data for further analysis. - **analysis_part2_stats.Rmd** - **Description**: Statistical analysis. - **Usage**: Executes statistical tests and summarizes the results. - **analysis_part3_likeness.Rmd** - **Description**: Likeness evaluation. - **Usage**: Evaluates likeness measures and generates relevant plots. - **analysis_part4_targetID.Rmd** - **Description**: Target identification. - **Usage**: Identifies targets based on predefined criteria and analysis. # Figure Location - Figures can be found in \analysis\results\figures # Contact - **Contact Information**: Michael Makoto Martinsen (michael.makoto.martinsen.cz@tut.jp)
