"Distinct roles of dorsal and ventral subthalamic neurons in action selection and cancellation" <em>Neuron</em>, in press.</p> <p>Please see the ReadMe file that explains how the data is organized.</p> <p>We used the open source toolbox <a href="https://www.urut.ch/new/serendipity/index.php?/pages/osort.html" rel="nofollow">OSort</a> for pre-processing and spike-sorting. The open source software<a href="https://www.lead-dbs.org/" rel="nofollow"> Lead DBS</a>, <a href="https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/" rel="nofollow">FreeSurfer</a>, and <a href="https://www.slicer.org/" rel="nofollow">3D Slicer </a>were used to determine anatomical recording locations. Everything else was implemented using MATLAB.</p> <p>This work was made possible by two Brain Initiative grants from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (U01NS103792 to UR and AM, U01NS098961 to NP and UR). </p>
