This is a registration for a project examining the effects of the bias literacy workshop (Carnes et al., 2015) on departmental hiring patterns. This project houses the following files:
1. A narrative description of the project, including hypotheses, method, analysis plan, and disclosures
2. A pdf of the IRB approval for the project
3. An R script illustrating the planned analyses
4. A fake dataset that goes with the R script
