Currently, there is a deficit in large-scale cohort studies as well as practical diagnostic models for obstructive jaundice. We intend to conduct the largest cohort study regarding obstructive jaundice to date, delineating the spectrum of diseases associated with this condition, and also developing an interpretable ML model based on common clinical laboratory tests to distinguish between benign and malignant obstructions, and also facilitate further classification.
