<p>Sample analysis & simulation code for our Paper:</p> <p><strong>Nau, Navarro Schröder, Frey, Doeller (2020). Behavior-dependent directional tuning in the human visual-navigation network. Nature Communications. <a href="https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-17000-2" rel="nofollow">https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-17000-2</a></strong></p> <hr> <p>We make available online our model simulation code in MATLAB that includes creating, fitting and testing a voxel-wise encoding model of virtual head direction on simulated voxel time courses. This code can be easily adapted into new analyses and includes the virtual navigation data of a sample participant.</p> <hr> <p>To get started, download "vHD_ecoding_model.zip" and read the README.txt file in it. If you have any questions, please reach out to Matthias Nau (email in the paper). </p> <hr> <p>User feedback incorporated on July 28, 2020 (new comments & variable names).
