Sample analysis & simulation code for our Paper: **Nau, Navarro Schröder, Frey, Doeller (2020). Behavior-dependent directional tuning in the human visual-navigation network. Nature Communications. https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-020-17000-2** ---------- We make available online our model simulation code in MATLAB that includes creating, fitting and testing a voxel-wise encoding model of virtual head direction on simulated voxel time courses. This code can be easily adapted into new analyses and includes the virtual navigation data of a sample participant. ---------- To get started, download "vHD_ecoding_model.zip" and read the README.txt file in it. If you have any questions, please reach out to Matthias Nau (email in the paper). ---------- User feedback incorporated on July 28, 2020 (new comments & variable names).
