This repository contains code and datasets used to generate the figures and tables in Flavonol-regulating MYB co-opted during evolution of red flowers in Iochroma (Solanaceae)

Raw RNA-seq data are deposited on the SRA under Bioprojects PRJNA109211 (backcross individuals) and PRJNA1102413 (other Iochroma species)
