We provide here a subset of the data from the original paper for a faster reproducibility of the pipeline.

To follow the project organization as in the original analysis (https://github.com/valeriabonapersona/wave), place:

  • .npy files in the data/raw/npy/ folder
  • .csv files in the data/resources/to_clean_data/ folder
