Description: Artificial intelligence (AI) is considered an umbrella concept of emerging technology that subsumes different approaches and bears huge potential for the field of workplace health promotion (WHP). Up to now, no reviews have been focused on the potential and approaches of AI in the context of WHP. Therefore, the present scoping review aims (1) to identify current AI-based technologies in the context of WHP, (2) to identify the use of AI-based technology in WHP-associated fields (e.g. prevention, occupational safety and hazard) and (3) to deduct emerging topics and future research directions for the adoption of AI in WHP.
