Wiki Version:
**1. LIST OF FILES IN ARCHIVE** **A. Analyses Scripts** *mak_All.R*: R script to create a data file (dat_All.dat) that contains all the variables used in reported analyses. Uses the following input data files: dat_STL_Trial.dat, dat_RT_Trial.dat, dat_ERP_ME127_152.dat, and dat_ERP_ME382_432.dat. Produces dat_All.dat *ana_All.R*: R script to produce all reported analyses for the four DVs (Startle, RT, PD130, and P3). Uses dat_All.dat as input. *fig_ .R files. These 5 R scripts produce the five data figures (Figures 2-6) in the manuscript. Use dat_All.dat or dat_ERP_GndAvg.dat (for Figure 4) as input **B. Data** *Data_Codebppk.pdf* Codebook file that defines all variables in the data files *dat_All.dat* Tab delmited data file that contains all relevant variables necessary to reproduce reported analyses *dat_STL_Trial.dat* Tab delimited data file that contains raw, trial level data for the startle response. Used by mak_All.dat to create startle DVs in dat_All.dat *dat_RT_Trial.dat* Tab delimited data file that contains raw, trial level data for response time. Used by mak_All.dat to create response time DVs in dat_All.dat *dat_ERP_ME127_152* Tab delimited data file that contains PD130 (scored in window between 127-152 ms) by scalp site and condition. Used by mak_All.dat to create PD130 DVs in dat_All.dat *dat_ERP_ME382_432.dat* Tab delimited data file that contains P3 (scored in window between 382-432 ms) by scalp site and condition. Used by mak_All.dat to create P3 DVs in dat_All.dat *dat_ERP_GndAvg.dat* Tabe delimited data file that contains ERP time series for grand average EEP waveforms by scalp site. **Other** *Annotated Results.pdf* Results section created using knitr and rmarkdown to display analysis code alongside text of results section. *Figure1.png* Larger size png format figure *Figure2(STL).png* Larger size png format figure *Figure3(RT).png* Larger size png format figure *Figure4(GrandAverage).png* Larger size png format figure *Figure5(PD130).png* Larger size png format figure *Figure6(P3).png* Larger size png format figure *Figures_Captioned.pdf* PDF of larger-size figures along with their captions. **3.
