Description: Comparative accuracy studies evaluate two or more index tests and compare their accuracy. Although these studies are susceptible to bias, their methodological quality is rarely assessed appropriately in systematic reviews. QUADAS-C was developed to help review authors to assess the risk of bias in comparative accuracy studies. It is an extension of the QUADAS-2 tool.
