This archive contains documentation and software distribution for the morpho_masking vocal tract rtMRI segmentation method. The code is distributed under a CC-BY-SA 4.0 SA License and is free for re-use and redistribution so long as any derived produces are shared under the same license. The complete set of code can be downloaded from the Distribution/ folder as a set of Matlab scripts. See Distribution/Morphomasking_protocol.pdf for full instructions and see the accompanying article (Behavior Research Methods, 2023) or pre-print for further description. demo.zip contains one run of rtMRI data from [Belyk et al. 2022][1] and a worked example of the analysis.
