Description: This project aims to explore the influence of prior knowledge and campus food availability on the eating behaviors of undergraduate students. We will start by mapping the current consensus on what constitutes a healthy diet and the rationale behind it, and categorizing on-campus food options based on their level of processing. Subsequently, we will collect data on students' dietary habits and their understanding of healthy eating principles and the microbiota-gut-brain axis.
