The file and code is a stata format (.dta .do). The data was collected, sorted and calculated by Yang Zhangbo (Xi'an Jiaotong University, China). All raw data (in Chinese) is available on the official website of Health Committee of China, see http://sxwjw.shaanxi.gov.cn/col/col9/index.html . All data has been anonymized. The original data were collected with the consent of the patient or her/his legal guardian. Data of Shannxi is made up of 237 confirmed patients with COVID-19 in Shaanxi Province of China, whose published date are from January 23th to February 16th, 2020. The data of epidemiological characteristics is formatted as Comma-Separated Values (CSV files) and Stata data files (DTA files and DO files). The data of contact network is available as Gephi data files (GEPHI files).
