Wiki Version:
## Pre-registration This contains the extended pre-registration protocol that outlines the hypotheses and sampling plan. ## Analyses There are two files for the analyses. The first file is an R Markdown file that creates a reproducible version of the thesis method and results section (although the data is not provided here). The second file is the resulting method and results after the R Markdown file has been knitted. This takes the data and creates the statistics and figures in the thesis.
