Wiki Version:
The 2017 HTS-SRS workshop was a community driven outreach to bring various stakeholders in the HTS community to discuss and implement a mechanism that would facilitate the standardization of HTS/NGS computations and analyses. This initiative brought together representatives from regulatory, industry, academia and platform developers in the HTS community to facilitate the dialogue on how these standards should be implemented in order to encourage interoperable and harmonized HTS computation workflows and analyses. The workshop consisted of different session and groups to meet specific needs of the various stakeholders in HTS computational workflows and analyses. The first version of the BCO specification was presented to the workshop attendees and discussed. The attendees provided input during the different sessions of the workshop. **Special thanks to the 2017 HTS-CSRS Workshop Community:** Phil Bourne (NIH), Carolyn Wilson (FDA), Eric Donaldson (FDA), Jeremy Goecks (Galaxy), Paul Duncan (Merck), Seth Sims (CDC), Heike Sichtig (FDA), Veronica Miller (HIV Forum), Marco Schito (C-Path), Arifa Khan (FDA), Scott Jackson (NIST), Adrian Myers (FDA), Dennis Dean (Seven Bridges Genomics), Durga Addepalli (Attain/NCI), Toby Bloom (NYGC), Ben Busby (NCBI), Warren Kibbe (NCI), Tanja Davidsen (NCI), Zhining Wang (NCI), Hsinyi (Steve) Tsang (NCI), Zivana Tezak (FDA), Michael R.
