Description: The REASON4HEALTH project focuses on the psychological roots of questionable health practices: non-adherence to medical recommendations and the use of traditional, complementary and alternative medicine (TM/CAM). We propose that an irrational mindset rooted in basic psychological dispositions makes certain consumers susceptible to non-adherence and TM/CAM practices. REASON4HEALTH is a three-year project (2022-2025) funded by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, #GRANT 7739597. The Principal Investigator is Dr. Iris Žeželj, Associate Professor (izezelj@f.bg.ac.rs). The project is carried out by the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade (UBFZF), Faculty of Media and Communications, Singidunum University (FMK), and Faculty for Special Education and Rehabilitation, University of Belgrade (FASPER).
