This project contains the relevant materials, code, and pre-registration for the following registered report: > Kubin, E. & Brandt, M. J. (2019). Identifying the domains of > ideological similarities and differences in attitudes (Stage 1 > manuscript). *Comprehensive Results in Social Psychology*, in > principle acceptance - The Stage 1 Accepted Manuscript is [here][1]. - The paper makes use of the existing Attitudes, Identities, Individual Differences study. More information is [here][2]. There are additional files in this component that were part of the Stage 1 submission. - Calculate the available sample size and 80% power for the full and masked AIID data ([here][3]). - Use the subset of exploratory data to create code that will be used in the final analyses to calculate ideological differences ([here][4]). There are also additional files that are part of the Stage 2 submission. - They can be accessed individually (see Files/Stage 2 Files in this OSF component as well as the Rating Studies component). - However, ***if you are interested in checking the analyses and replicating the results, the best option is to download [this zip file][5]. Unzip the file and launch the RStudio project. Then open the master script and go from there.*** The zip file and Rstudio project will help preserve the folder structure. In the Pilot Study component we have the material, data, and code for the pilot study. In the Rating Studies component we have the materials and data for the rating studies.
