Participating student serve as experimenters and recruit subjects from their personal acquaintances. Water jar tasks are presented on PowerPoint slides. Concurrent verbalizations are recorded by the software Audicity. Transcriptions follow an adaptation of rules by Dresing and Pehl. Coding of solution processes.
