Description: Empirical evidence suggests leader humility has an impact on follower and organizational outcomes in medical, business, and educational settings. However, its impact has not yet been investigated in humanitarian aid settings. Therefore, the purpose of this two-wave study is to examine the impact of leader humility on follower, leader, and organizational outcomes in a large, international, humanitarian aid organization.
