The RP:P took part in an analysis audit to verify that all analyses were accurate and reproducible. This audit involved independent analysts reanalyzing the replication data for the key result, using R to reproduce the same results that the replication team found. The files in this component provide information about the procedure and results of this replication's audit. This replication had two auditors inspect it—the first, whose results are uploaded as RPP_jhkpe.R, noted that one of the exploratory analyses did not replicate. The second auditor confirmed this but specifically noted that the confirmatory analyses did replicate. As of 3/5/2015, the exploratory analyses have not been resolved. Only the confirmatory analyses are included in the RPP's analysis, however.
