# HCP dataset:

Find in model_ouputs the estimates of the PRF analysis ran on 181 young adults 7T retinotopy task from the HCP.
It contains 2 GIFTI files per subject (sub-003 => sub183) for the left and right surface hemisphere files (fsaverage).
Each files contain per vertex:

row02 : eccentricity in deg
row03 : polar angle real
component in deg
row04 : polar angle imaginary component in deg
row05 : size in deg
row06 : non-linerity or nans

Find surfaces target GIFTI files to convert data to fsaverage in /fsaverage_resample/ folder
Find pycortex svg file with the regions of interest in pycortex_fsaverage/ folder
