## SPN Working Groups and Committees After the 2016 SPN Forum in Atlanta eight working groups were established to spearhead topics and initiatives discussed at the Forum. Initial Working Groups included: - Curation-Readiness - Metadata/Standards - Legal/Policy - Research - Communication - Technological Infrastructure - Documentation - Governance During the fall of 2017, the original working groups evaluated their current action plans and determined that as of Fall 2017, SPN Working Groups would include: - Training/Education - Metadata/Standards - Legal/Policy - Research - Communication - Technological Infrastructure Documentation WG became a liasion role. Tim Walsh is currently the Documentation Liasion to all the Working Groups. Governance WG became the Central Coordinating Committee.
