Wiki Version:
## Dataset Information The dataset focuses on the final printed parts of Ti64 test bars, which were subjected to four point bend testing until failure. These bars were printed under conditions characterized by a lack of fusion and keyhole region print parameters. After testing, the bars were analyzed ex-situ using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) at the Case Western Reserve Swagelok Center for Surface Analysis of Materials. The dataset comprises three distinct sub-datasets, each corresponding to specific types of defects as outlined below: 1. **[Lack of Fusion][1]** - This sub-dataset contains SEM measurements of lack of fusion fracture defects 2. **[Key Hole][2]** - This sub-dataset includes SEM measurements of keyhole fracture defects. 3. **[All Defects][3]** - This sub-dataset encompasses SEM measurements of both lack of fusion and keyhole defects. Currently, each of these sub-datasets consists of 100 annotated images. Images and corresponding ground truth masks can be found inside each of the sub-dataset components. **Metadata:** - **Device**: VEGA3 SBH - **Magnification**: 1.3333e3 - **PixelSizeX**: 202.73e-9 - **PixelSizeY**: 202.73e-9 - **ScanSpeed**: 5 - **SpotSize**: 85.5102338210e-9 - **WD**: 14.521e-3 **Want to contribute?
