Wiki Version:
Posted here is our analysis code (blue.R). It is the R code with which we performed many of our analyses. It allows the user to generate most of the figures in our commentary and to examine some of the analyses that were performed by Thorstenson et al. While probably not suitable for a complete newcomer to R, this file ought to be reasonably easy to use for someone with a little experience in the language. Most of the parameterization is done by setting a selection of the setup_xx variables to TRUE, by uncommenting the lines provided for this purpose. See the [Data component of this OSF site][1] for an explanation of the files that blue.R analyzes. [1]: https://osf.io/c53fz/
