The DDI metadata documents (XML and PDF) were obtained from [Odessi](http://odesi2.scholarsportal.info/webview/). CCHS_2000-2014_Errata.pdf was obtained from Statistics Canada <statcan.hd-ds.statcan@canada.ca> on Feburary 10, 2020. The Errata has changes identified to January 2019. The CCHS questionnaires were obtained from various sources and aggregated in this project to facilitate the assessment of questions across cycles. The questionnaire documents are from Odessi and Statistics Canada web archive. The documents formats changed over time. From 2001 to 2013 questionnaires are in PDF format. These files are `3226_Q1_V1-eng.pdf` to `3226_Q1_V1-eng.pdf`. From 2009 to 2020 (ongoing) questionnaires are in HTML format. These files are saved .webarchive format, with an accompanying PDF version of the .webarchive files. See the .webarchive files for the originating source of Statistics Canada files.
