This project investigates the development of self-esteem and identity in young adults who transition from university to work. An intensive longitudinal study is employed to link experiences in daily life (emotions, daily events) to long-term trait change. This project and funded by the European Commission (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions; [project description, EU][2]) and carried out at Tilburg University ([GradLife website][1]).
