Scripts required to replicate Moral foundations networks reported in "Conservatives’ moral foundations are more densely connected than liberals’ moral foundations" are available here. Master scripts for replicating analyses conducted on samples 1, 2 and 3 are in "Sample 1 Script Master", "Sample 2 script master" and "Sample 3 script master" respectively. Within each of these 3 master scripts there are 5 functions for which require additional scripts need to be run. Functions (1) "compare", (2) "comparev2", (3) "vismatrix" must first be loaded by running script titled "Interconnectedness ratio & adjusted ratio & tables 2 3 4". Function (4) EGA can be found in "EGA function script" and (5) function bootEGA can be found in "bootEGA function script". Figures 1 and 4 can be replicated by running EGA function within the master scripts.
