- An [update to the protocol][3] was made available on OSF.io describing changes that were made in the conduct of the systematic evidence mapping that deviated from the peer reviewed and published protocol. (considered V2.1).
- An internal training document [(PFAS-Tox Database Screening & Data Extraction Training_22.01.13.pdf)][4] describing in detail how studies are screened, how data is extracted, and how data is cleaned and prepared for display in Tableau Desktop.
- An internal Excel workbook ([PFAS-Tox Database Lookup Tables.xlsx][5]) is also available that tracks specific decisions that were made in how specific health outcomes were tagged and other decisions made during the process of screening and data extraction.
- An update to the training document was provided to reflect minor changes in the coding of cell or cellular component species for in vitro studies that were made as a result of the peer review process.
