Description: This repository will contain data files and codes as to the work on parametric estimation of memory decay parameters in relational event networks. We proposed a modeling approach that estimates from data the best memory parameter along with the other effects in the linear predictor of a REM and given a pre-defined parametric memory decay (exponential, linear, one-step). The method shows the presence of bias and a lower level of fitting when the memory parameter and/or the decay function are not correctly specified. The repository is empty at the moment and only the Wiki presents an initial draft of the future structure of the repository. We are working on developing a package were the user can easily specify a model with weight decay and estimate the memory parameters.
