Wiki Version:
Dear reader, On this page we have uploaded all data of the experiments reported in the paper "The elusive nature of the blocking effect: 15 failures to replicate" by Maes et al. (DOI: 10.1037/xge0000200). Where possible we have provided trial level information. Further, the JASP files are provided. JASP (Love et al., 2015) is a statistical program that allows the user to conduct Bayesian statistical analysis in a very comprehensible way. The program can be downloaded for free from https://jasp-stats.org/download/. The JASP files do not only contain the results, but also provide information about which tests were exactly conducted and how. Lastly, the pdf file 'Meta-analyses and robustness tests' provides the R code and results of the regular Bayesian t-tests, the Bayesian meta-analyses and the robustness analysis. For all data files, the following applies: Group 1 = Experimental group; Group 2 = Control group Kind regards, Elisa Maes If you make use of these resources, please drop us an email: tom.beckers@kuleuven Please contact Prof. Dr. Tom Beckers (tom.beckers@kuleuven) for general questions or Dr. Angelos-Miltiadis Krypotos (amkrypotos@gmail.com) for questions concerning the Bayesian analyses.
