Nursing is a structuring axis of the model of primary health care in prisons, together with the multidisciplinary team, assumes the technical responsibility for the service and other attributions with other health professionals. Thus, this research aims to identify and map the care practices carried out by the nursing team for the Persons Deprived of Liberty. The method was a scope review guided by the recommendations of the JBI Institute Reviewer's Handbook. An initial research was carried out using the following: MESH: Nursing, Health Care and Prisoners, with the objective of delimiting a final search strategy, composed by a combination of key figures, carried out in scientific and gray databases.
