This repository provides access to the simulation data and simulation scripts for the analysis of Bayesian posterior indices for the significance and size of an effect. It allows researchers to study the behaviour of different Bayesian posterior indices under varying priors, noise levels and effect sizes. This in turn allows to choose an index based on objective criteria like type I and II error rates, sensitivity to detect an effect and robustness to the prior selection and noise in the observed data.
