Wiki Version:
This component contains raw and processed data (including annotated code) of all cytotoxicity assays presented in the manuscript. Raw brightfield images of the cells, taken on the day of each assay, are included. To reproduce the figures, download the individual zip packages; upon unzipping, start the associated .RProject file and run the associated RNotebook (.Rmd). Exception: the estimation statistics are presented as a Quarto file with executable Python code blocks - to rerun this code, we suggest using Visual Studio Code (Microsoft), or alternatively, copy the code chunks into a Python script or a Jupyter Notebook.
